floating blocks. Equal width. Different height. Arrange without holes

Is there a way to arrange floating blocks of equal width and different height so that there are no "holes" vertically between them? That is, all the indents between the blocks must be equal in height and width.

Visually - as in advertising newspapers.

There are many and different ads, but the indents are equal (So it is necessary), and not a
bunch of white spots of different sizes between the ads, but each new row forms a horizontal upper border (I know such methods).

In FF/Safari/Chrome this will work:
jsfiddle.net/uyaA5/
IE/Opera is not supported.
I think it would be better to use Javascript to lay out blocks in columns.

Examples are just from such an area and everything is detailed - maybe you can pick something up

Of course, I'm not a layout designer ... but what prevents us from wrapping each declaration in a block (,,), setting the block to the desired width and the required margins?
