Flip through data in a modal, but not like a gallery?

Hey! This is the second time I've run into this problem. There are a bunch of modals, each one opens a description and there is also an order form. It is required to turn over these windows, as in the same fancybox gallery.
vipplitka.cinti.ru is a site where you need to do this.
I have two options: either really make everything a fb gallery, and make the text a description, as it is in one of their examples;
The second option is to write these two buttons using jquery, embed them on the site and switch windows on click.
What do you think is the best thing to do with it?
