Flex stretch not working, why? Or how to stretch the elements so that they all stand exactly in height?

There are elements in the slider, they need to be the same height
. Used by slick.js for the slider

Remove .slick-slideheight : 100% and add .slick-trackdisplay: flex; and there will be happiness.
It's just not clear why you hang flex on the elements ... and generally change the styles of the slider
