Flash through proxy: which solution to use?

Hello.
The problem is the following: I can not play multiplayer flash games while sitting through a proxy. All as one write "connection error". The problem is not in a specific proxy (checked), but in the very fact of its use. They write on stackoverflow that flash, they say, is not friendly with the proxy settings in the browser, but breaks into the Internet directly. However, I did not find a solution to the problem.
Somewhere it was advised to use FreeCap and ProxyCap. I tried, it didn't work. Either the hands are crooked, or for some reason it does not work. Advise a working solution, the more detailed the better.
Configuration: computer (win xp) -> vpn tunnel -> CCProxy in SOCKS5 mode -> internet. Anything that is not flash works great.

buy yourself a vpn, you will connect through the server you need + anonymity + security.
shadeyouvpn is a good service, for example, Russian-speaking technical support, there is a trial, you can try

What is a proxy? SQUID? Maybe forward the ports? Or is it not important there, i.e. the flash drive does not even knock on the proxy?
