Flash player content is not displayed on the site?

Good day.
The essence of the problem is this: the player on the flash is not displayed, for watching online video broadcasts.
This is understandable in principle, flash is dying .. But, on some sites I saw a chrome dialog box with the question, run flash on the page? Actually, how is this implemented?
Another question on the topic, how can I replace the flash player for online video broadcasting rtsp using Html5?
If necessary, I can convert the stream to another format.
Thanks for answers.

Better convert the stream to another protocol - for example, HLS - and watch with any player that supports it. If you need real-time look at SLDP , we have an HTML5 player for MSE-enabled browsers.

The question arises if it is worth requesting the activation of flash content in the browser settings.
In general, as Yury rightly noted, today HTML5 players can both play standard HLS and DASH and play video with low latency .
The repackaging of RTSP into other protocols is done in this case by the video streaming server .
This does not require transcoding.
