Flash player auto-update?

I want the flash player to be updated on time or at least more often. How to make him do it? The message about the availability of the update pops up according to an incomprehensible principle or does not pop up at all. Now I have 10.3.183.5, although 10.3.183.10 is already available and there were no notifications.
There is a suspicion that the update icon appears after a reboot, but my laptop does not have uptime for less than a week, i.e. I almost never reboot.
In general, it seems to me, or does adobe not have a very convenient update system?

If the browser is Chrome, then flash updates Google there, like the browser.
