Flash drive rescue on ut165 controller?

Good afternoon.
I use the UT165 utility of different versions to format the Flash drive on the UT165 controller (VID: 1307 PID: 0165).
I tried different versions, the result is always the same - error 0x028 Run SCSI command Failed.
At first glance, there is no hardware damage - the soldering is normal, accurate, there are no broken contacts.
Is there another way to save the flash drive?

Such flash drives (usually extremely miniature) suffer from the fact that both power and memory are in one chip. They burn and deteriorate very quickly.
