Flash drive access denied, what's the problem?

Hello, such a problem, on one PC it sees all the flash drives and everything works ok, the second computer sees the flash drive, but does not let "access denied", googled it, read it, tried many options. I was in the registry, updated the drivers, checked the group policies, did the formatting, turned off the antivirus, the rights are there, nothing helps, what else could be the problem?
