First project on Bootstrap. Which version to use?

I'm making a task manager, and decided to try Bootstrap for the first time.

I see there is a version of Beta 5. Should I use it? Since I am new to this business, can you advise which version should be used so that it is both up-to-date and verified.

In general, non-google has already begun to do on 3.3.7, and should I now even move to a more recent version? If I connect 4+ instead of 3.3.7, then the layout immediately goes all the way, like the menus.

You have already received two answers, so I will issue it as a separate one:
1) If you are studying, then 4.X is better. In any case, in SO or here you will always be answered.
2) version 3 has not been used by many for many years. Even starting to learn from it is bad. In B4, a lot of rethinking was interesting and beautiful.
3) in the 5th version, they got rid of Jquery. I think it's good. And it will give a full boost for working with JS frameworks.
If I started writing now, I would write on the 5th version. It's a matter of a few months when we get a release.
