Firewall from Raspberry PI?

Guys, I wanted to make a kind of firewall from Raspberry PI. I ask you to prompt the documentation and materials for reading matter.

When connecting the phone to the partition, filtering of DNS names blocked by me FOR this device or for all, as well as logging queries to dns names for each device connected, must be implemented.

Do filtering for a specific device or for all, that is, the implementation of a database with MAC devices or their IP.

Thanks for the help :)

Is it supposed to connect via WiFi?
Then debian is better for raspberries (for example) - I don’t remember the restrictions of the native axis, we filter passing traffic with iptables, well, some kind of pi hole as a dns filter.
In general, both unbound and bind can be configured to block certain domains and log everything and everything
