Firefox requires flash? Does the flash still exist?

I'm slowly moving to Firefox. And I notice jambs with video players. For example, here

Install Adobe Flash, seriously? hdrezka.ag/cartoons/foreign/7911-barashek-shon.htm...
I was sure that it hasn't been a dependency for a long time, and this player doesn't seem to be flash at all. And Mozilla drowns for privacy, and then Flash asks (in Chrome everything is OK, of course)
How to solve this WITHOUT installing Flash naturally.

Obviously, the required video format is not supported by you. My site is working.
Probably ffmpeg or libavcodec57 are not installed, or newer versions are needed.
Firefox installed from a repository? What does https://www.youtube.com/html5
show ?

Until 2020 it will not go anywhere, and then for a long time it will be possible to download on third-party sites.
