Firefox keeps asking for HTTPS site certificates. How to remove?

Why does the Firefox Developer Edition browser keep asking me to install HTTPS certificates for sites?
And it seems not difficult to click on the "I understand the risk" button by accepting the certificate, but often this button is not there at all.
Windows 10 operating system, almost all sites with HTTPS (Yandex, Google, toaster) are not loaded.

Usually in the window there is still additional information about what exactly is wrong.
Perhaps, under a strange set of circumstances, you have deleted the root certificates in the browser (or not all, but some)?:
Settings> Advanced> Certificates> View certificates> Certification
Authorities In general, rename the folder with the Firefox profile, start it, and see if it repeats. If not, migrate the old settings/data to the new profile, or find a way to reset the certificates (I don't know how off the top of my head).
