Advise the extension or settings in about: config, so that when fullscreen, I always show the input line and tabs, of course, the bookmarks bar is also possible, but this is not critical. In general, something like a standard f11 with a constantly brought cursor to the address bar.

ctr+L about:config enter
branch browser.fullscreen.autohide set to false.
