Firefox blocking file saving

Firefox has a dialog box that is responsible for choosing what to do with the file "are you going to open the file" and what to do with it, open with a program or save.

Question. Is it possible to somehow block this dialog box, maybe there is a setting, or a plugin?
Just don't call this dialog.

"block" in the sense of immediately download?
If so, then the first tab in the settings.
