Firefox 28 and bookmarks bar

Today firelis has updated itself to version 28. I open the browser and the bookmarks bar does not appear at all, there are bookmarks if you open it through the menu. Does everyone have this or just me?

Maybe just the panel is disabled? at 28, though on win7 everything is ok.

Right click just below the search bar and check the box.
Or "View" > "Toolbars"
