Firebase not pushing on Android?

In the application I subscribe to the topic I check the
firebase.messaging().subscribeToTopic('all');

subscription - the device has subscribed


reception of push notifications is normal.

In the firebase report, I see that the push has been sent.


But when sending pushes on IOS, they receive pushes, but not on Android.

What could be the matter
