Finding a specific value in a postgres table?

Hello again, yesterday I wrote a question. Today I will describe in more detail, otherwise one genius wrote nonsense there, the second person gave advice, but unfortunately it did not quite fit. And so, there is a 1C medicine base that is based on Postgres, it has 5000 tables, the names of these tables and columns are strange, like _referencechngr134453, columns like _fld843, etc. From these 5000 tables, I need to find where Ivanov Ivan Ivanovich is stored. Columns such as name, first_name, last_name, age, phone are not there, I tried to find them. The question is, how can I find Ivan Ivanovich among them, or how can I build a query in postgrese? Thank you, please do not write nonsense like in the last post.

If they immediately wrote that we are talking about a 1C database and you need a place to store information about 1C users, those in charge would not have to guess what kind of "trillions of tables" you are considering there. Yes, and in Google, finding the answer to your question is a matter of one minute, if you do not ask nonsense.
Information about 1C users is stored in two places - the v8users table and in the users.usr file, which is stored in one of the entries in the Params table.
