Find words in quotation marks?

Need to find the words in double quotes
did so
preg_match_all('/"(.*?)"/',$line,$var)
But Russian letters are not displayed correctly.

So it seems that all my life I have been escaping the quotation mark, like although there should be no problems with the Russian language, have you tried the u modifier? Have you checked the encoding of files, servers, lines? preg_match_all('/\"(.*?)\"/',$line,$var)
