Find a bug on a website page?

Hi all! I would be grateful if you can take 5 minutes (no more) and help me find a bug.
The bottom line is that none of our developers have this bug, but the client and employees on working machines have this bug. Browsers, etc. checked (it remains to check the extensions - I'm doing this).

Expected: Opening a modal window with a list of cities.
