Final html in wordpress changes within an hour?

There is this code in the plugin:


It outputs this part:


Now there is debugging my 'aaa2'. I wrote it earlier - it was not displayed, but about an hour later it was displayed. Now I removed it, but it remained on the page. I update of course with CTRL+F5. php file on the server has been updated - rechecked. Why is this happening? If it's the cache, then the whole page should be cached, not just a part of it...

What could be the reasons for the belated change in the html output in this case yet?
