Filters for Grayscale pictures

There are photos in the "grayscale" format. Is there a filter for Photoshop (either separately or somehow) that converts the image into black dots with a density depending on the brightness of the gray?
Approximately like this:

Set 2 colors and Forced: white and black. You can choose the conversion algorithm (dither)
