Filter through shadowsocks traffic to certain resources?

Is it possible to filter traffic through shadowsocks so that through ss traffic goes only to certain resources?
I tried through PAC, but the client does not understand what I want from him, well, or his hands are crooked:

@@||*.net
||whoer.net

or

@@||*.net
||whoer.net

does not work.
Can you advise an alternative with a client under win so that it is possible to filter traffic to certain resources?

Send what you need to the shadowsocks proxy.
