Files not showing up on desktop from Chrome save?

Files downloaded from chrome are not shown, only after updating the desktop!
What could be the problem?
From other browsers all the rules shows without updating

Go to the Control Panel - At the top, select where Category "Large Icons" - "Explorer Options" - "Restore Defaults"
