File transfer between js server and python server?

Hello, my friend and I wanted to make a project, and we needed to transfer pictures (he receives them at home, and sends them to my server, and I give an answer).
The questions are:
1. How to transfer pictures in the fastest way, between servers in js and python.
2. Is it possible to simultaneously contain both a js server and a python server on the same server (to transfer files locally).
