Fiddler not catching HTTPS requests?

I did everything in the settings - there are checkmarks.


But no HTTPS requests are visible from any site/application.
Also, when the fiddler is on, for some reason it does not go to Google services: neither to Google.com itself, nor to mail, nor to YouTube.
What could be causing this and how to fix it?

Yes, something is not working, I also do port forwarding on the router 80 to 8888 - on the computer with fiddler 8888 it is open in the firewall
