Favicon and problems with it?

I am writing a site in django, I wanted to add a favicon, I added it. But it is not displayed, I double-checked the correctness of the code and directory a thousand times, this is definitely not the problem. Will the icon be added after uploading to the hosting? Does everyone have it?

Try another browser that you rarely use. It's just that the favicon is cached (including its absence) and starts to be displayed after about a day.
