Fastest parser in 2018 for parsing social media and Json?

I made a simple parser in PHP for Facebook and ran into difficulties - fumbling hosting hung immediately after 10+ operations, such as:
1. parsed the number of friends
2. A couple of simple mathematical calculations
3. Result - 1 time after 9 fails, waiting time> 9000. What about local, what about hosting, what about VPS.
I know there are questions about parsers here, but they are already obsolete, we need infa 2k18.
Help with advice, which of the web parsers is now fast and does not heavily load the system:?
