So they answered my question - I wrote to them in support
* Problems on the service: we are moving to a new platform, so there may be errors and failures when displaying statistics or authorization errors. Rest assured that we already know about them, we are working on their elimination, and we will fix everything as quickly as we can. The move will take several months. We will be grateful for your understanding.

It's been a year since they've been moving.... It still gives a similar error. And for the first time it seemed to me in May 2017.
