Fast analog for ai-bolit.php?

Friends, we need a fast analog for ai-bolit.php for the reason that ai-bolit.php searches very slowly.
I suppose it would be possible to parallelize this process for each folder of the site with its own script, or run it in several processes. But will there be an effect if there is constant disk access?
What are faster alternatives?
Search of course on a local computer is made. Is it possible to use ordinary desktop antiviruses like Kaspersky to scan for viruses in php code?
