Fasm for teapot, how to learn?

I want to learn Fasm, but I don't know where to get lessons from.
I'm a complete assembler nerd, but the desire to make a primitive OS on my own is too tempting.
Recommend articles/video tutorials for dummies.

You take an assembly language textbook, read it, do exercises, experiment with examples. Having mastered the basics of Assembler, you read the FASM documentation.
