FAPI.UI.postMediatopic type app, url, how to anti-cache images?

When using FAPI.UI.postMediatopic, I can share an image, but if the address of the image remains the same, but the content has changed, then the old content is posted to the feed. No, the simplest thing is to make aliases / symlinks from your web server with a different name, and specify it. 1.png
