Is it possible to bypass an unpleasant situation in the Zabbix monitoring system:
for example, the Zabbix gateway itself has fallen, thus it cannot reach all the equipment (which is very much)
therefore the system will send a bunch of SMS through the CMC gateway. how to avoid it?

In the actions, set the trigger condition: problem (trigger) for the equipment and / and "gateway available"
