The site has a dark background. Fb comments look bad. The css parameter is provided in the fb comments.

PS: There is an assumption that css is only picked up if the user is identified / there is an app key. But fb blocked the sms sent to me. Failed to check.

It should be picked up after identifying your application. why do you have a problem with identification and key?

Weird. Have you linked your mobile to your Facebook profile? Not to the application, but to the profile. I made several designs for social plugins, but I never remember that when creating an application, it asks for a phone number.

Try to identify yourself by phone. A call will come, like they will tell you the code over the phone.
