Facebook + Russia = fail when sending confirmation code?

Good evening.

I didn’t want to write about such a thing on Habr, but here quite a lot of people use facebook.
I use the facebook mainly for authorization where there is no google. It happens.

A couple of days ago, FB told me that it detected suspicious activity and blocked the account. Ok, we know - he just wants to get my phone into the database. No problems.

For three days I have been requesting these codes via SMS, re-read a bunch of information (mostly old) and surfed all the Internet in search of live people on facebook. There are no survivors, there is no customer support either, apparently.

And to hell with it, but I really have a lot of services tied to it and losing an account now would be very undesirable and time-consuming to restore accounts.

Has anyone experienced or knows what can help?

PS: My number is +7911, St. Petersburg MTS.

I had to ask a friend from London to give me his number. Facebook is a global network. Yeah.

MTS wants the user to connect the MTS Online service ( www.mts.ru/messaging/sms_community/ )
and then he will stop blocking SMS from Facebook, I checked - the phone confirmation code from FB came after the service was connected. The price of pleasure is like 1.5 rubles / day, but still an unpleasant moment.

Experienced a similar fail. There are no ends to be found. As a result, I just confirmed my account with a plastic card using the link from here www.facebook.com/help/new/?faq=167551763306531&hloc=en_US

I have a St. Petersburg mts, a month ago I also tried to confirm the acc.
SMS came in 4 hours later.
By that time, FB with the required form had long been closed, where you can enter the received code, I didn’t find it - just ask again for SMS.
scored.

Facebook correctly writes that you need to contact the mobile operator - since sms come from a short number, you may have the service turned on to block them - so their sms do not reach you

Same case.
It turned out that I have the “content ban” service installed and all SMS addressed to me from FB are blocked.
I installed the service after I was deducted 400 rubles for a pocket click on what nonsense in the built-in menu of the evil $#% of what Samsung.
Thank you, thanks to this question I figured it out.
Now we need to get FB to send a new code.
