Facebook OAuth authorization in IE7?

Faced a problem when connecting authentication via FB on the client side. In ie7, the window with a request for rights refuses to appear on the segment. Pokovyryavshi found a problem that FB.auth._loadState is always loading.
In alternative browsers, everything works with a bang. Has anyone experienced similar behavior in IE7?
The second problem is when calling FB.Event.fire('FB.loginStatus', 'loaded') popup with a FB permission request blocks IE.
