Facebook: How to solve problems with logging into your account?

Hello! Tell me, I decided to change the attached email on Fb.
Now Fb constantly requires confirmation of entry by approval on another device. Although I still have the device. And it's not like I can't pass this check, it says "Login denied".
Tried to go to fb, through Tor. It already requires you to take a selfie and upload a copy of the document. But Tor does not give access to the camera. As a result, I do not know how to solve this problem at all.
Has anyone encountered this? How can this problem be fixed?
