I can not enter. When I log in it says this. What happens if you click on "Restore this device"?

Antivirus PR or can they really determine that there is a problem?

PR. But not just like that, they kind of analyze your activity, and if it is "suspicious" some kind of scanner starts to hover (they used to palm off Kaspersky).
If you are sure that everything is clean with you, just try resetting your cookies - they say it helps.
