Facebook API: how to post to your groups?

Previously, an application with certain rights was simply created in fb, a token was obtained, and everything fasted well.
Then they made changes and now we still have to manage to get these rights for the application.
Is there some easy way to post to your own groups without getting app permission?

There is no easy way anymore, and if I'm not mistaken, you can't post to groups, only to Pages.
