Facebook account stolen, can it be recovered?

A friend's Facebook account was stolen: they changed the password, tied another soap.
Comrade plainly did not defend himself. No security question, no linked phone, no trusted friends. And the acc is necessary, the work is tied to it.

Just start a conversation with a support, provide evidence of the creation of an account by a friend. Their history is probably preserved, they will check everything, and if the information is confirmed, then they must restore access.
