F#: is anyone using it?
The question arose: is F # used somewhere or is it purely academic and has no "in everyday life" application?
I came across a book on sale on it, took interest for the sake of it, looked through it - it seems nice (:
On the same Habré, all articles mentioning this language are very ancient, maybe it is already dead?

The language is not dead, it just makes no sense to write the UI of the application on it. Therefore, it does not often appear in the news.
It can be used in combination with C# + F#, where there is a library in F#, for some calculations.
And about development, read here: blogs.msdn.com/b/fsharpteam
Good article on the subject. One more . Cloud Computing , F# web framework . Interview with one of the developers of Making the Case for using F#
Since the question arose, it means that you did not find the answer to it. When it comes to language, the answer is obvious. The language is not livelier than Fortran, Kobal and other garbage. The fact that 2.5 cripples write on it, even if it is space science, then it is not necessary to say that it is worth spending time on it.
