Eye training program for Linux?

I am looking for a reminder program for eye training. Recently I came across EyeLoveU - everyone is good, but paid and under Windows. Is there something similar for linux (ubuntu)?

Exercises for the eyes are to get up from a chair, go to the window and begin to slowly look from close objects to distant ones. And back. 10-15 minutes.
If you just need to turn off the screen with the message - "go, brother, rest," then standard tools will help. System -> Preferences -> Keyboard (yes, unexpectedly) -> Typing Break (last tab). You can specify the time after which to darken the screen and prohibit the reception of commands and the interval for how many minutes this should be done. The default is 60 minutes and 3 minutes respectively.
Take care of your eyes :)

I don’t know what it’s called, it seems that complete with ubunta comes
from a girl at work, she reminds her they say go take a break.

You can also look up-down-left-right (or in any sequence) and describe the “circle” clockwise and counter-clockwise to train your eyesight.
