Extramural higher education and H1B work visa?

H1B requires a university degree. Does the form of education affect the receipt? Will I be able to get it if I have a VO ( Correspondence ) ?
No need to write about the fact that you must have work experience, be very valuable, and so on.
I already know all this , it is this requirement that interests me .

as far as I remember, in the diploma they don’t write what kind of training was, full-time or part-time
