Extra field for 100000 products or asp mvc4 + sql translator?

There is a sql database for 100,000 products. The table has a name field containing the name of the goods in Cyrillic. What would be correct to add the url field to the table or write a translator that translates Cyrillic into Latin?

A separate field with Latin, preferably in lower case.
But the main question is, how will you use it?
