external url not working in vue?

Vue.js

After running the local server, npm generates two addresses, localhost and an external URL (192.168.1.147:8080). But this address does not work, and errors are pouring into the console in devtools:

Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

At first I didn’t understand what kind of errors were in the console, but then I saw that they were accessing some file just at the address indicated above.
Obviously one needs to tweak this somehow in the assembler?
