External HDD is 100% loaded, what should I do?

Disk Toshiba 2tb, new (1-2) months, I download movies, photos, docks, music, games. Before the next vacation, I decided to record films, copying hung, I had to turn it off by the dispatcher somehow and cut it down. I reboot, the computer does not boot, I turn off the hdd, it boots up, I plug it back in, in the manager it displays "Active time" - 100%, reading - 0, writing - 0, response time - 0, the explorer barely opens, the disk does not load, I can not open, the explorer freezes, then stops working altogether, when you try to open the properties of the disk - the same thing, through other software, look at the status of the disk, somehow perform a check, optimize - the software does not work (does not load, freezes). In short, there is no access to either the disk or information about it. The only thing is that when you right-click on the disk, after 15-20 minutes a window opens, but then the conductor is cut off, just "does not answer" and that's it, you see something once it reaches him. How to stop the "train"?
