Extending sendMessage formatting?

I use Telegram, mainly as notifications. I ran into issues that I have not been able to resolve.
1. You cannot highlight text in a message with color. There is a transfer in HTML format, but it only supports 5 tags (how so???) https://core.telegram.org/bots/api#sendmessage
2. On iOS, a call to a phone number with an extension does not work. For example, if you send the number +78005555550.1 in the message, then the call will occur to the number +780055555501 i.e. without a pause, which is wrong.
At the moment, the issue is being solved by writing your client, or maybe someone has already solved it and there are other options.
