Express mail delivery (documents)

Hello.
Immediately I apologize that the question does not apply to IT.

Maybe someone knows and has experience which type of international document delivery is the fastest and most reliable?
You need to send documents to the university (Finland) from St. Petersburg. The main conditions are as soon as possible (because the deadlines are coming to an end) and more reliably (so as not to be lost).
Somehow I don’t want to trust the Russian Post. :(

I'm thinking about DHL or Pony Express

Thanks in advance!

PS Yes, I understand that from St. Petersburg the fastest option would be to get to Finland and deliver it myself (you can meet at least half a day), but, unfortunately, now there is no visa.

There were terrible problems with Pony Express in Russia. A couple of times the parcel was received at the local branch and could not be delivered to the addressee for a week (the courier forgot to pick it up in the morning, that day the courier does not work, tomorrow he fell ill and on the third day due to the earthquake the warehouse door warped and they cannot pull out the parcel, etc. ). As a result, I went to their office for a parcel myself.
I've used DHL and haven't had any problems yet.

Damn, DHL is the choice of professionals. I was honestly surprised when I sent the docks to London, they asked me
- Do you need an urgent one?
- Not. When will they deliver?
Tomorrow at the end of the working day.
- Uh ... And what is "urgent" then?
- It's tomorrow before the start of the working day.
In general, it was cool. Then they sent me a parcel via UPS, express something there at a price of 60 Euro per KG. So she walked for a week, plus the most terrible hemorrhoid of changing the address (to be delivered to the office, the place is at home).

Pony Express is not recommended. True, I am based only on the Russian experience, but it is unlikely that they are doing better with the international one.
