Express course on development for iOS. There are options?

I have experience in developing web-services, sites and console applications. I have never dealt with mobile development before, especially for iOS (Mac has recently appeared). Is there any express course, on xCode Swift or Objective-C for a person with programming experience, so that in a couple of days you can sketch out the simplest application? And what is the best language to start learning?

www.raywenderlich.com the best books and courses are here, IMHO
, but it's unlikely to succeed quickly after web development. I'm in a similar situation, I've been tinkering in the evenings for the 3rd month. It’s easy to write simple things, but something more complicated than a Twitter reader already needs to know the frameworks and there are so many PPC subtleties

Uncle is quite intelligible and not tedious, with examples and homework :)

Docks, Practice and articles. It is better to look at each language and decide for yourself with the choice.

Course from Alexey Skutarenko. In this group you will find video tutorials, homework assignments, answers to homework assignments, help for beginners (and not only), discussions and fellow travelers in learning the language.
