Exporting wordpress posts with custom fields?

Hello guys!
The site has standard posts (records) with custom fields! It is necessary to unload the filled data from arbitrary fields, into a table or into txt. So is it possible at all?
I saw an article written on the site and there was a button - PRINT, it's about the same functionality,
I don't have to display it in the frontend! The main thing is that I could upload all the posts and work with this data! At this stage, I go into the post and with each field I do Ctr+c - Ctrl+v !
Ready to answer in more detail if something written is not clear!
Thank you
