Faced such a problem. When unloading goods from 1C to the site, everything goes well. When trying to receive orders made through the site, the situation described here appears . The above methods for solving the problem (editing .htaccess) are relevant when using Apache. We are using nginx. Maybe someone faced a similar problem? There is nothing to catch on in the server logs. The extension to 1C writes "Unable to log in."

In Bitrix, when unloading goods and exporting orders, the same authorization mechanism is used. As I understand it, you have 2 exchanges configured separately in 1s. It cannot be that one works and the other does not. When testing the connection in the exchange settings, is an error displayed?
